Live Irish session starting up!

Hi all,

We’re gearing up to release our little house session into the wild, and we want you to join us!

Every Tuesday night from 7-9pm, we’ll be bringing some instruments and friends to the King George II Inn in Bristol, PA, for some tunes, songs, and general craic. This isn’t a concert or performance, per se, just some people getting together to play Irish traditional music on more-or-less traditional instruments in a setting with a somewhat ironic name.

If you play or sing trad, feel free to join us! (Or just come, get dinner or a drink, and enjoy yourself!)

See you there!

Fall concert!

Hi everyone,

After a bit of a hiatus, we’ve been hard at work on our set for our concert on Saturday, October 6 at the Yardley-Makefiled Library (at 2pm). We’ll be playing some Irish music, some American, and some original stuff, and a few things in between. The show will also include a few new songs and tunes you’ve never heard us play before. Should be a good time!

Hope to see you there! And bring a friend!

~Meagan

P.S. While you’re waiting for October to roll around, you can check out some of our YouTube videos–including “Maid Behind the Bar/Cooley’s Reel,” which has garnered over 8,000 views. Thanks for watching, guys!

A few new videos

Hi everyone,

Just put up some new videos tonight on YouTube, all from our St. Patrick’s Day concert this year at Sweet Mustard Seed. Fun show, intimate venue, great audience!

“Back Home in Derry” (along with that lovely audience I was talking about!)

The saddest song of the bunch, “Kilkelly.”

And a few reels for good measure… “Maid Behind the Bar & Cooley’s Reel.”

Enjoy! Hope to see you at our next show!
